Sweet Concrete just released our new Sweet Concrete Coating! Our new sealer is a single component polyaspartic floor coating. In my previous post I explain what a polyaspartic coating is and what kind of protection they give. These coatings have become the industry standard over the last decade and really hold up much better than epoxies and acrylic coatings. The Sweet Concrete Coating can be used for interior or exterior application, weather permitting.
Our new sealer can be pigmented if single colored floor is desired. It can also have polymer flake broadcast into it for the “paint flake” flooring which is usually seen in garages. Quartz granules can also be added for an extremely durable flooring option for commercial and industrial settings. Metallic pigments can be added for a shimmery elegant look. In addition, this coating can be applied clear, either over stained concrete or raw concrete.

Sweet Concrete Coating is a high gloss coating. Alumonum oxide 200 mesh can be added to create a more satin finish. This non-slip media will give the floor more traction when it’s wet. This media gives the floor a slight texture and mattes out the look of the coating.
